Dr. Stephanie Meyer (soprano) currently teaches voice for UMKC Conservatory’s Academy and Musical Bridges programs. Her previous roles include: Nimue (Camelot), Queen of the night (Die Zauberflöte) Le feu and Le rossignol (L’enfant et les Sortilèges), Mrs. Fiorentino (Street Scene), La Fée (Cendrillon), Bastienne (Bastien unt Bastienne), Madame Herz (Der Schauspieldirektor), Barbarina (Le Nozze Di Figaro), Tytania (A Midsummer Night’s dream), and the title role of Donizetti’s Rita. Meyer holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from South Dakota State University and a Master of Music from University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Doctorate of Musical Arts from University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory.
